Talent training and talent echelon construction
Establish and improve the company's talent training mechanism, reasonably excavate, develop and train the reserve talent team through the formulation of effective key post successor and reserve talent selection plan, job rotation plan, internal part-time plan, on-the-job coaching, on-the-job training and other talent training and development plans, so as to establish the company's talent echelon. Provide human resources guarantee for the sustainable development of the company.

Article Three Talent training objectives
The company always adheres to the talent training policy of "professional training and comprehensive training simultaneously", that is, the company trains expert technical personnel and comprehensive management personnel. Expert technical personnel refers to the personnel who have a higher technical level in a certain field of work, and comprehensive management personnel refers to the personnel who have comprehensive knowledge in the field of work of the company or the department and have a higher management level.


Article Four Personnel training organization system
The company has established a "unified and divided" talent training system. Each department is responsible for the preliminary selection of talent training objects and the specific implementation of the talent training plan. The Human Resources Department is responsible for the organization and coordination of the company's talent training, and the department is responsible for the talent training plan, the formulation of talent selection standards and procedures, the determination of training objects and the overall arrangement of the training plan.
